Note! to prevent the jam, when used, from seeping out of the edge of the sponge cake we pipe a buttercream moat around the outside edge of the cake and then fill the centre with jam. We do not take jam up to the outer edge. This sponge and filling choice is best eaten 24 hours from collection)
